Maker's Day #2 - Egg Drop

Students worked hard to design and create with the different materials.

Thank you for the donations. The recycled materials were perfect for our creations.

Everyone was so proud of their creations. We only had 3 eggs break!

The eggs had to survive a 13-14 foot drop.

Recorders - Students go to music class on Thursdays, so starting this coming week, recorders should get packed in the backpack on Wednesday evenings every week.  If you ordered one from school, it will be waiting for you in music class this first week.

Remote Learning Day - This coming Friday, March 19 will be a remote learning day.  I will send home a list and some homework with the kids on Thursday so that they can complete it on Friday at home.  They can return their completed work on Monday.

Parent/Teacher Conferences - I can’t wait to celebrate the gift of your child with YOU! I value your partnership and are eager to spend time in prayer and conversation around the growth of your child. Parent/teacher conferences will be held remotely with appointments from 4:00-8:00 pm on March 29 and 31. Sign up notification was sent via email. HC Virtual Paragon, our conference reservation system, will be utilized to schedule your conferences. Here is a Parent Guide for connecting to the scheduled Virtual Parent/Teacher Conferences on the day of your conferences.

National Parks Free Pass for 4th Graders - As a 4th grader, your child is able to receive a free pass for all national parks, good until the end of August this year.  It is an $80 pass otherwise, so this is quite a benefit!  Plan your vacations around the national parks this summer!
