Week 10 - Oct. 30

We are at a point in the year where these kids are growing by leaps and bounds! Who knew they'd be multiplying 4-digit x 1-digit numbers with ease so quickly! And you should hear them discuss attributes of characters in their reading and writing! By the way, these kids can find adaptations of animals and connections in food webs. They never cease to amaze me.  Learning is so fun!

Three and a half weeks left until Thanksgiving.  Please join me in praying that we stay healthy and in-person during these uncertain times. 

 

 

The students are consistently sharing their work with each other. They are able to brainstorm ideas in writing and help each other grow their writing abilities.

 

 

The students created their own board games to play in math. Each board game practiced 3 digit times 1 digit multiplication.

Since 2020 has included so many unknowns, plan ahead and visit us in November to learn more about preschool & kindergarten kindergarten for the 21-22 school year! Come explore and create with your child as you discover more about Holland Christian's early childhood programs.
